Shipping Policy:

• If your order is received before 11 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) on a regular business day, we will ship the same or next day (in-stock items only, please see exceptions below). This means you can receive your order within 1, 2, 3 or 4 to 7 days, depending on your choice of delivery options.
  
  
• All Fed-Ex orders for in-stock items received after 11 a.m. MST will be shipped the next business day. *Note: Fed-Ex cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
  
  
• All USPS orders (this includes all orders requesting free shipping) for in-stock items received after 11 a.m. MST will be shipped within the next two business days.
  
  
• Outside the Mountain Time Zone, refer to the following list to know if you qualify for same-day shipping:
  
  Eastern: Before 1 p.m.
  Central: Before 12 p.m.
  Pacific: Before 10 a.m.
  
  
  

EXCEPTIONS

• Personalized items require a processing time of 24 hours before shipping.
  
  
• Many of our Christening Gowns and Outfits, Communion and Flower Girl dresses are made to order, typically a 5 business day (one week) delay. These are referred to in the product description on the ordering page as non-stock items.
